Our Self-Powered Roadmap service is a cost-efficient way to position yourself to be recruited by a US college athletic program. It allows you to work at your own pace and is perfect for self-motivated people. The Self-Powered Roadmap will guide you through every step of the way with a series of timely emails and information. If extra guidance or advice is needed, Nicole is only a phone call away.

The emails will cover the following areas and more:

Pre-Recruitment Phase

• Academic/HS evaluation
• Research
• Preparation for Coach communication
• Eligibility Centers (EC) & Testing

Recruitment Phase

• Continuing Coach communication
• HS records
• Athletic &/or Academic Scholarship
• EC accounts

Post-Recruitment Phase

• School admission & application
• EC accounts
• US student visa preparation

ADDITIONAL TIME

If you need personal guidance or advice (E.g., feedback on things like your recruiting calendar or CV), I am available at an hourly rate – AU$200 + GST (10%). The Self-Powered Roadmap is designed for the athlete or family that is motivated to work through the process themselves, but it also provides as much or as little of my time as you need.

OPTION 2 – Professionally Guided Roadmap 

The Professionally Guided Roadmap includes all the information from the self-powered process with the added advantage of Nicole being there to guide and assist you through every step of the process.

Additional benefits include:

• Consistent and responsive contact via email, phone, text and zoom
• Calls to college coaches, as needed
• An advocate, a support, a soundboard to the athlete & family through the recruitment process
• Communication with your support team during recruitment process

I will be guiding you through every step of the recruiting journey where you can leverage my 20+ years of US coaching experience. My commitment is to connect athletes with suitable schools and college coaches. The program continues right up to when the athlete boards the plane to start their experience and I will check in with the athletes periodically once their college careers begin.

The recruitment journey is one of increasing self-awareness, maturity and independence. Personal ‘Responsibility, Ownership and Engagement’ (ROE) in the recruiting process allow for continuous personal growth. It is always an easier task for a college coach to work with an independent, self-motivated and self-aware athlete. The most important relationship is between the coach and the athlete and this is where the determination will be made by the coach to offer an athlete a position &/or scholarship in their program. This is the athlete’s journey and I will be there to support, advocate, be a soundboard while also providing doses of ‘real talk’ along the way. I am there to help the athlete and family along this journey.
